We Hire for both Character and
Technical Competency
We recognize that an IT services firm that values
interpersonal skills as highly as technical skills is a bit
unusual. But, our commitment to putting people first is more
than just unusual, it’s also a highly successful business
strategy.
Of course, well-honed technical skills are essential
and we do not reduce our standards in this critical area.
However, the ability to listen, to analyze, to communicate and
to serve with enthusiasm and humility are crucial and often
overlooked attributes of successful consultants. We look for
these character traits first, and then evaluate technical

Technically, our individuals are certified and have
real-world experience in a range of network operating systems,
including Microsoft, Novell, Unix, and Linux, Microsoft
desktop and office suites. Professional certification,
together with hands-on experience, gives our customers sound
reason to expect “technical productivity” from each of our
people.
